Laser Eye Surgery & Non-Laser Treatment Costs

afford whilst maintaining the highest standards of care. There are
no hidden charges.
Laser Eye Surgery
A laser consultation is free
of charge, however a deposit of £30 is required.
The cost of treatment includes astigmatism (if needed) and
aftercare
for up to one year following surgery. For LASIK eye surgery, a
deposit of £100 per eye is required after your
consultation to secure your treatment date and the balance is
payable prior to your arranged surgery date. Laser eye
treatment prices start from £395 per eye,
dependant on the type of treatment recommended during your laser
eye consultation. We have flexible payment options to suit all
needs.

Cataract & Implantable Contact Lenses
(ICL, RLE, CLE, Prelex)
A consultation costs
£60 (for Cataract, if both eyes are booked
for treatment following the initial consultation and within six
months, only one fee is payable).
For ICL treatment, to cover the
manufacturing cost of your lenses, a deposit of
£500 per eye is required. The remaining
balance is required one week prior to treatment.
The cost of treatment includes
aftercare
for up to one year following surgery.

not including the consultation fee. About three quarters of people
will only require one eye treated and the cost saving is

Payment Methods
Payment is requested by one of the
following methods on the day of treatment:
Debit card: Delta or Maestro (Switch)
Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard, a £5 per eye handling fee is
applicable
Personal cheque: made payable to Optimax
Easy Payment Plans: 0% Typical APR
Please bring: photo ID, recent full bank statement (not internet
printout) and proof of
address. Credit is subject to status.
Cancellations
To refund the deposit we require
five working days’ notice to cancel an appointment.
The Implantable Contact Lens deposit
is non-refundable as it covers the manufacturing cost of the lenses
which are made just for you.
