How to Book a Consultation
Before booking your consultation appointment, we need to
establish your suitability for treatment. Your personal assessment*
is free.
Free Personal Assessment
All you need to do is complete our online formor call our Customer Care Team today
on 08456 889 555. Alternatively use the Call Me Now
button and we will call at time that is convenient for you.
Please have
your eyesight prescription to hand.
If your personal assessment confirms that you are suitable for
treatment, we can go ahead and book your consultation
appointment.
Most of our Customer Care Team have had
laser eye treatment with
Optimax so will also be able to answer any
questions you may have and help you learn more about our
life-changing vision correction treatmens.
Standby Bookings
Due to appointment cancellations at short notice, we are
sometimes able to offer standby bookings. If you can attend your
consultation and treatment appointments at short notice (three
days) click
HERE to complete our online form and choose "I would like to book".
We will then contact you immediately if there is availability.

Team on 08456 889 555 to check
availability.
Contact Lens Removal
Standby appointments are not practical for contact lens
wearers, as they need to be removed for certain periods prior to
attending your consultation and treatment. The required removal
period is one day for soft/disposable lenses, three weeks for
hard, gas permeable and one week for soft toric
lenses.
Time off Work
You will need to take three or four days off work after having
LASEK treatment and about two days if you have
LASIK treatment.
Driving
Whether you have
LASEK or
LASIK treatment, you should refrain from driving
until you are confident your eyesight has recovered.
Getting Home
We strongly recommend that you arrange for a friend of
relative to accompany you home after both your consultation and
treatment.
