LASIK Eye Surgery - Step 4. Flap return and smooth
Following exposure to the laser beam and treatment of the
refractive error, the surgeon will fold the flap back into its
normal position on the cornea. Once in place, the surgeon will
irrigate the eye and smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles under the
flap.
