£990 price applies to laser treatment (full price of £1,495) correct at February 2025 and cannot be used with any other offer or against any subsequent treatment price. Non-transferable. Finance available subject to status. Current UK bank account required. Representative examples: £18.58 per month per eye over 48 months. APR 9.9% Representative. Total repayment amount per eye £1,142.02 - includes £250 deposit per eye. Payment plans also available to cover 24 or 36 months. Those ineligible for this credit option cannot obtain offer. Credit subject to availability. Your eye surgeon will discuss all applicable risks, benefits and alternatives with you prior to surgery. You can travel to Belfast from anywhere else in the UK to take advantage of this offer. Aftercare appointments can be at any other Optimax clinic which is most convenient to you, however any future re-treatment, if required, must be carried out in our Belfast clinic. Offer valid at time of distribution, however Optimax reserves the right to amend, withdraw or decline to fulfil the offer in the event of regulatory changes or advice regarding the marketing of surgical procedures.
